We are located 34 miles North North East of Boston near, off old Route 1-A along the Atlantic coast. Route 1-A is an old meander, east of and parallel to the north/south highways Route 1 and Interstate 95.

2 hours from Providence, RI,
35 to 60 minutes from downtown Boston.
25 to 30 minutes north of Logan airport.
Rowley's train station is in the neighborhood. The train is commuter rail, 55 minutes from North Station, Boston on the Newburyport line. Both train and bus from NYC arrive at Boston's South Station. No direct link to North Station exists, even from the airport! So leave time to walk or make the necessary, mystery links underground on the MBTA using a Charlie Card top pay for a ride on the subway everyone calls the "T".

DRIVING from NYC, use your preferred route to the Mass. Turnpike, Route I-90 EAST, a toll road. Exit to I-95 NORTH towards Maine and New Hampshire.
Drive a half hour on I-95 North, then TAKE Exit 54, Georgetown-Rowley, Rt. 133 Go RIGHT at top of ramp. TAKE Route 133 EAST. In 2 miles, you intersect Rt. 1 at a stop light. The Agawam Diner is on your right. (Important: Do NOT turn onto Route One here, proceed STRAIGHT two miles to Route ONE-A.)
CONTINUE STRAIGHT on Route 133 EAST, another 2 miles to intersection with ROUTE 1-A. Most traffic merges right here but not you.
TURN LEFT at stop onto ROUTE 1-A NORTH. Route 1-A North is Main Street, Rowley.
CONTINUE on 1-A one mile north, straight through the stop light in downtown Rowley (Post Office, pharmacy, churches. )
TURN RIGHT onto WAREHOUSE LANE about 1/2 mi. north of town ----It is the first paved road on the right after the light, an oblique right, just beyond the field/house/barn called TODD FARM ANTIQUES. If you go too far, the next street on the right is named Railroad Ave.
We are #69 Warehouse Lane, 1/4 mile down the lane, a brown house on right just after the BIG BROWN BARN with boats in its parking lot.
Most drivers miss us the first time and speed down to Perley's Marina, a dead end at the river. Just turn around and c'mon back. Please park in our driveway.
